In a company-wide organizational audit, we will assess the primary components of your business, including human resources, financial systems, administrative operations, marketing, and IT systems. The company-wide audit will also analyze the usage of human capital in your business, specifically in the areas of employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits philosophy, and your business’ training and employee development programs. An audit will usually consist of a review of all current internal policies, procedures, training materials, compliance documents, handbooks, etc, as well as interviews with any key employees or owners of your business.
